Subscribers to the Eastern Province Gallery website agree to the following:<\/p>

1. The image belongs to its owner, and the website merely displays it.<\/p>

2. The image must be taken by the subscriber and not obtained from another source. The photographer bears responsibility for any intellectual property rights issues if the image does not belong to them.<\/p>

3. The image must be of the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.<\/p>

The image must not depict a location where photography is prohibited by law, such as military installations, sensitive sites, or other locations where photography or display is forbidden by Saudi Arabian law. 8. The image must not clearly display faces, private property such as houses or other belongings, phone numbers, mobile numbers, names, or similar details.<\/p>

9. The image must not be an advertisement for a shop or brand, and the shop or brand name must not appear in it.<\/p>

10. The image belongs to its owner, and the website displays it for evaluation only. If the image wins a vote or any other result, the website has the right to display it as a banner on the homepage and use it for promotional purposes. The website is not responsible for any negative consequences, problems, or damages resulting from displaying the image.<\/p>
